Privacy Policy and Protection and Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been developed by the individual entrepreneur Mykhailyuk Nazarii Bohdanovych, acting on the basis of an Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations dated “06” July 2010, No. 2 119 000 0000 022828 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including but not limited to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI dated June 1, 2010, for its use in the course of business activities. This Policy establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, ensuring the protection, and disclosing personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) of the users of the website https://mvisionlab.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
Please read this Policy carefully to understand the principles of processing users’ personal data. This Policy establishes the procedure for the Company’s processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the Company’s interaction with third parties, security measures for the protection of personal data, conditions for access to personal data, as well as contact information for users regarding access, modification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data and addressing any questions that may arise concerning the protection of personal data.

This Policy covers the Company’s activities both on the Internet and outside of it, including Personal Data collected by the Company through various channels, such as websites, applications, social networks, etc. This Policy does not apply to websites accessed via hyperlinks posted on the Website.
The owner and controller of personal data is the individual entrepreneur Mykhailyuk Nazarii Bohdanovych (Taxpayer Identification Number: 3157918299).

In any case, the Company processes payment and financial information in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and security standards;
- Information provided by Users when entering into service agreements by accepting a public offer posted on the Website and/or concluding agreements for additional services on the Website.
Purposes of Collecting, Using, and Processing Personal Data
The Company collects and processes Data for the following purposes:
- Administration of the Website, ensuring its updates and technical support of the Services;
- Creating a User account, registration, and identification;
- Communicating with Users for service provision, payment processing, conducting financial transactions, developing and implementing User protection programs, sending postal and email messages, including commercial offers, promotional notifications, and other Company news;
- Evaluating and analyzing the market, products, services, and solutions provided by the Company, as well as improving their quality, forming ratings, analyzing User activity, conducting keyword searches, managing Website traffic, analyzing and predicting User preferences and interests;
- Direct provision of Services ordered and/or paid for by the User;
- Sending email notifications requested by Users;
- Processing inquiries and complaints submitted by Users regarding the use of the Website;
- Ensuring the security of the Website and preventing fraud;
Verifying compliance with the terms governing the use of the Website (including monitoring personal messages sent through the Website service if private messaging is enabled for Users);
Any other purposes necessary for the proper provision of Services and ensuring the implementation of civil, commercial, and tax relations.
Additionally, the Company may use Users’ personal data for marketing purposes in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. Personal Data Protection
The Company applies all appropriate confidentiality obligations, as well as technical, operational, and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of information and Data, as well as their accidental loss, destruction, or damage. However, please note that there is no completely secure and error-free way of transmitting data over the Internet.
The Company is not responsible for the operation of servers, Internet service providers, or the actions of third parties that may cause restricted or disrupted access to the Website, potential data leaks due to third-party actions, or the User’s disclosure of their personal data, including authorization data on the Company’s Website, within application programming interfaces, or applications.
The User acknowledges that in the event of careless handling of security and protection of their Data and login credentials (password, login), third parties may gain unauthorized access to the User’s account and Data. The Company is not liable for damages caused by such unauthorized access.
Company’s Interaction with Third Parties Regarding Personal Data
The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties except in cases where such transfer is required by law, at the request of the data subject, or in other cases specified in this Policy.

User Responsibilities
The User is obligated, including but not limited to:

- Not attempting to gain access to other Users’ personal data by any means, including but not limited to, deception, abuse of trust, or guessing authentication and identification data.
If a User registers on the Company’s Website, application programming interfaces, or applications on behalf of and in the interest of third parties, or uses the Website while providing their Data, by giving such consent, the User confirms that they have sufficient authority to perform such actions, including providing consent on behalf of those individuals for the processing of Personal Data under the conditions set forth above, as their representative.
User Rights
The User has the right, including but not limited to:
- To be informed about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose and method of its processing, and the location or residence (domicile) of the owner or manager of personal data, or to authorize designated individuals to obtain this information, except in cases established by law;
- To obtain information about the conditions for granting access to personal data;
- To access their personal data;
- To submit a reasoned request to the personal data owner objecting to the processing of their personal data;
- To submit a reasoned request for modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner or manager of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- To protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or delayed provision, as well as protection against inaccurate or defamatory information that tarnishes the honor, dignity, or business reputation of an individual;
- To file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or with a court;
- To exercise legal remedies in case of violations of data protection laws;
- To include reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
- To withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
- To be informed about the mechanism of automated personal data processing;
- To be protected against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
Retention Period for Personal Data
The User’s consent for the processing of personal data is valid for an indefinite period. The storage period for personal data is not limited. Users’ Personal Data is processed for a period no longer than necessary in accordance with its lawful purpose and the objectives outlined in this Policy.
The information posted on the Company’s web resources is protected by the current legislation of Ukraine governing intellectual property rights. Reproduction, translation, archiving, or copying of information onto other electronic media is prohibited.
Changes to the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy
This Policy may be periodically updated and amended without prior notice to Users, including when legislative requirements change. If the Company modifies the way it processes Users’ Personal Data, it will update this Policy. The Company also reserves the right to make changes to its approach to Data processing and to this Policy at any time.
If any provision of this Policy, any clause, or any part thereof is found to be contrary to the applicable laws of Ukraine or deemed invalid, this does not affect other provisions of this Policy. They remain fully effective and continue to apply to the fullest extent. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified or corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.

User Consent
By registering on the website https://mvisionlab.pro, application programming interfaces, or applications, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Policy, including the purposes of personal data processing outlined in this Policy, as well as the rights granted to Users (data subjects) under applicable Ukrainian law, and consents to the use of their personal data by the Company by activating the “Register,” “Order” button via the website form (checkbox) and/or by checking the “I agree with the Privacy Policy” box.
The User is not entitled to use the website https://mvisionlab.pro if they do not agree with the terms of this Policy.
To update, access, modify, block, or delete their personal data, withdraw consent for the processing of personal data previously provided to the Company under this Policy, or in case of any comments, requests, or complaints regarding the processing of personal data by the Company, the User must submit a request via email to mvisionlab3d@gmail.com.
At the same time, certain features of the Website that require the availability of the User’s personal data may be discontinued from the moment of its deletion.
